Terms of Service

The service

WhisperWake lets you pair with one partner and exchange voice messages and photos that play as each other's alarm. Your content syncs through Apple iCloud using your own Apple Account.

Your responsibilities

• • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
• • Only send content you have the right to share. Don't use WhisperWake to harass, abuse, or harm anyone.
• • Alarms depend on your device being on, charged, and running iOS correctly. Do not rely on WhisperWake as your only alarm for critical obligations. We are not liable for missed alarms.

Content

You keep all rights to the recordings and photos you create. You grant your paired partner the ability to play and view what you send them. We never receive, view, or own your content — it stays in your and your partner's iCloud.

Termination

You can stop using WhisperWake at any time by unpairing and deleting the app. We may suspend service if these terms are violated.

Disclaimer

WhisperWake is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe CoCo, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages arising from missed alarms or unavailable content.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be shown in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
