How do I pair with my partner?
In the Partner tab, one of you taps "Create Invite Link" and shares it via Messages; the other taps it to connect. You pair with just one person.
What do I need to use WhisperWake?
An iPhone running iOS 26.1 or later, signed in to iCloud.
Will the alarm wake me if my phone is on silent?
Yes. WhisperWake uses Apple's AlarmKit, so your partner's message plays at full volume even through silent mode and Focus.
My alarm didn't play my partner's voice — why?
Make sure you've paired, your partner has sent a message, and your phone had internet to download it before the alarm. If no new message has arrived, WhisperWake replays their most recent one; if they've never sent one, it falls back to a default sound.
How do I add a photo to my message?
When recording, tap "Add a background photo." It shows behind the alarm when it plays.
Can I reply after waking up?
Yes. After you stop or snooze the alarm, you can record a good-morning reply (voice and optional photo) back to your partner.
How do I stop sharing my alarm time?
In the Partner tab, turn off "Share my next alarm time."
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything is stored in your own iCloud and shared only with your partner. Vibe CoCo runs no servers and cannot see or hear your content. No analytics, no tracking.
How do I unpair or delete my data?
Unpair or delete the app to stop sharing. To remove synced content, delete WhisperWake data from iCloud (Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage).
